I love joking that I get married dozens of times a year, this is your first time, don't feel any pressure to know all the details, thats my job. Turn your dream into a reality
Base Package
Timeline- Detailed day of event timeline. Distributed to all wedding vendors.

Day of coordination- 8 hours of "day of planning" services.

Wedding ceremony- coordination with wedding officiant. (including one-hour rehearsal)
​
Walk through 30 days prior to the event at venue with all contracted vendors.
​
Wedding assistant included for "day of". (An assistant may be removed depending on guest count, venue, and "day of" necessities)

Wedding emergency kit- Always on hand to alleviate any last-minute wedding stresses.

Checklists along the way to assist in planning process.

Unlimited texts, emails and phone calls.

My name is Catherine and I started The Moment because I believe in the magic of life's big and small moments! I love weddings and events so much, they are my passion! I thrive knowing I had a tiny part in making one of biggest, most joyful moments of your life exceptional.
Myself along with my team member (my other half) Karli have been planning events for 10 years and have helped hundreds of couples take the stress out of planning, so you can focus on what really matters, your love for each other.
