I am very organized and was unsure if I wanted a day of coordinator. Both my husband and I have agreed, Catherine was absolutely the best thing we decided on for the wedding. She was incredible and made our night so special. She thought of things we did not consider. There are not words to describe all of the little details she took care of day of. From sitting with the flower girl, taking care of meals for handicapped guests, having our favorite drinks ready for us, and modifying the timeline as needed, she was the main reason the wedding was as smooth as it was! Catherine was quick and efficient with communication. She was incredibly fun to hang out with. Our night was perfect and we will always be grateful for how much time we got together during the night! I cannot recommend her enough! She was the best decision we made!

Our daughter’s wedding was at Spruce Mountain Ranch in Larkspur, CO and Catherine did an excellent job will ALL the details. She is experienced, organized and extremely efficient. Not only did she take care of everything leading up to the event and the day of, but was very helpful to me with excellent referrals. This saved me so much time. I trusted her referrals and was very pleased. She kept everything and everyone on track. We had some weather roll in just prior to the outside ceremony and she took care of all the last minute changes to bring the ceremony inside. It was totally stress free for us and our daughter.! "We used Catherine van de Boogaard and her team from The Moment LLC Event Planning for our wedding in June 2021. We want to express our sincere gratitude for all of her hard work prior to, and on the day of the wedding. Catherine goes above and beyond for her clients, addressing details that we did not even think of. Her communication and organizational skills exceeded our expectations, and is her great strength and the reason our event was perfect. Prior to the wedding, we met with Catherine and ran through event time line, and our dreams for our ideal wedding. She came prepared and organized, and was the leader we needed to gather a large group together to create the bride and groom’s vision. She communicated with each vendor prior to the wedding and made sure that the timeline was seamless and that everyone was on the same page. The day prior to the wedding she lead the bridal party through a rehearsal and by the end everyone was confident in their roles. She was a calming presence for the bride and helped resolve a potential dinner table miscommunication, so that we could enter the wedding day stress free. On the day of the wedding, Catherine ran the event like clockwork. Decoration, communication with vendors, coordination of the first look, pictures and the timing of the ceremony ran smoothly and on time. Catherine is a joy to work with. She is kind, organized and is always 10 steps ahead. We cannot recommend The Moment highly enough. We would use her services again in a heartbeat."
